摘要：本发明提供的复方芪鹰颗粒及其制备方法,主料为黄芪380-820g、丹参390-840g、黄精400-800g、鹰嘴豆240-510g、蝉蜕260-530g,辅料为乳糖330-660g;将主料粉碎成细粉经制备,取丹参细粉加8倍量80%乙醇回流提取2-3次,每次1.0小时,过滤合并滤液,减压浓缩得醇提浸膏;将丹参醇提后的药渣与黄芪、黄精、鹰嘴豆混合水提,加8倍量水煎煮3次,每次1.0小时,过滤合并煎液,减压浓缩至原药液;在药水比为1∶5时,加入浓度为1%的ZTC1+1-Ⅱ型天然澄清剂A组分2ml、B组分4ml除杂,混合后置入60℃-70℃水浴中保温1.0-1.2小时,在3-5℃下静24-26小时,过滤,滤液减压浓缩,得水提浸膏;将水提浸膏与醇提浸膏合并,经喷雾干燥得浸膏粉,加入蝉蜕细粉、乳糖混和均匀,筛分下,用5%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的乙醇液复合制粒,干燥,筛分得成品。
Abstract： The invention provides compound raidx astragali and chickpea granules and a preparation method thereof. Main materials comprise 380-820g of raidx astragali, 390-840g of the root of red-rooted salvia, 400-800g of solomon's seal, 240-510g of chickpea and 260-530g of cicada slough, and auxiliary material is 330-660g of lactose. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: respectively crushing the main materials into fine powder and preparing, taking the fine powder of the root of red-rooted salvia, adding 80 percent of alcohol with the amount 8 times that of the fine powder of the roof of red-rooted salvia, refluxing and extracting two to three times for 1.0 hour each time, filtering, merging the filtrate, decompressing and condensing to obtain alcohol-extracted extractum; mixing the dregs of the root of red-rooted salvia subjected to alcohol extraction with the raidx astragali, the solomon's seal and the chickpea, extracting with water, adding water with the amount 8 times that of the mixture, decocting three times for 1.0 hour each time, filtering, merging the decoction, decompressing and condensing to original liquid medicine; adding 2ml of the component A of ZTC1+1-II type natural clarifying agent with the concentration of 1 percent and 4ml of the component B, removing impurities, mixing, placing the mixture in water bath at the temperature of 60-70 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 1.0-1.2 hours, standing for 24-26 hours at 3-5 DEG C, filtering, decompressing and condensing the filtrate to obtain water-extracted extractum; mixing the water-extracted extractum and the alcohol-extracted, carrying out spray drying to obtain extractum powder, adding cicada slough fine powder and the lactose, uniformly mixing, screening, carrying out compound granulation with alcohol liquid containing 5% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, drying and screening to obtain the finished product.
